It could be that the subscription purchase did not complete. Please verify that your subscription is active (click here to find out) in iTunes.
If you have bought the subscription but the Spuul app on your device is not reflecting the Premium subscription, chances are, you are not logged into to Spuul yet or your purchase is not connected yet. Try logging in first.
If it still reflect that you do not have Premium, try to restore your subscription. Click on any premium movies. You’ll be presented with a paywall. On the bottom right, you will see a link to “Restore Subscription”. Click on it. This will verify the purchase and attempt to log you into Spuul at the same time. It will connect your purchase to your Spuul account.
Please be sure to use this same login across all your devices and computers to enjoy the benefit of your Premium account on all of those devices. If you choose not to login or create an account, your subscription will still work on that device, but over time, you will need to restore again and your subscription won’t be available elsewhere.
Please note that Apple does not send us your personal information when subscribing. This is good in many ways. But it also means that the option to “Restore Subscription” is necessary to reconnect your account.
If you have never logged into Spuul before, this will ask you to create a Spuul account.
