I purchased a subscription but I don't seem to have a Premium account

Don't worry. In this case, what you can do is to restore your subscription.

It's easy. Here's how you do it.

Go to your accounts page. Because your device is not recognizing you as a Premium subscriber yet, you'll most likely see an offer to subscribe to premium.

Click on the "Subscribe to Premium" button. Then, you'll see a page with 'restore' on the top right hand corner.

Click on Restore. Follow the steps and you should be able to restore your subscription in no time.
